SCM Pharma has its own unique ethos. This originates from of a set of behavioural values expected from all staff that form a social code of conduct, which helps the business achieve and retain its vibrant personality.
It's a funny thing culture and a tricky one to explain in writing. Put simply, it's just the way we do things around here. Creative internal competitions, a regular staff newsletter, monthly company briefings, family open days, birthday celebrations, charity fundraising and the odd party or two all go a long way in giving our business its fun and friendly atmosphere.
Intrinsic to the culture at SCM Pharma is also the company’s aim to provide clients with the best technical expertise available in an open and approachable manner with a willingness to meet deadlines and targets.
Oh, and the little guy on the right - he is our SCM Pharma staff mascot...Jaffa the Gaffa. As part on an ongoing picture competition among staff, the lucky fella gets to travel around the world and rumour has it that he has met a few celebrities too!
